Jean-François Richet continues the mesmerizing story of Jacques Mesrine who has matured in the life of crime and enjoys his status as the public enemy number one. The second lacks the breath taking pace of the first film but instead offers more time for Cassel's performance that's much stronger than the first. Ludivine Sagnier and Mathieu Amalric along with several other superb actors are added to the excellent cast.
