This excellent war film is another example of the golden age of Israeli Cinema co-written and directed by Joseph Cedar about the last days of occupation of the Beaufort fort in Lebanon. The haunting and riveting film shows the immense psychological pressure on the soldiers who fight an invisible enemy while fighting a never ending war where positions are heavily fought for and easily abandoned. Oshri Cohen shines as the hotheaded young commander who has to make some tough choices that comes with a heavy price.
