This film marks the last film by Veteran French director Julien Duvivier which has a good premise but poorly written. After an accident, a man awakes with amnesia but fails to remember anything including his wife and his best friend. Soon after he realizes that not everything is as it seems. Mostly set at a chateau in the country side, the film mostly suffers from poor writing that fails to keep the tension along with serious pacing issues.
