A well timed documentary about one of the last giants in the world of fashion whose name is synonymous with elegance and luxury that has inspired the world of fashion including cinema and its stars. The film follows the designer on his last year before retiring. While the creations of the master are made of dreams, he himself doesn't come off as clean. A self proclaimed control freak who doesn't trust anybody, so there's very little about his creative process of what made him survive a vicious industry that's obsessed with money, youth and beauty.
