To Live and Die in LA
William Friedkin (The French Connection & The Exorcist) delivered with this hyper kinetic action thriller. The story of an agent whose hunt for a counterfeiter derails him when he crosses ethical lines. Willem Dafoe in star making performance as the villain that would lead to many others while William Petersen gave his best performance as the agent in question. Friedkin co-wrote and directed this classic film which still holds up well with some of the most breath taking action sequences ever captured on film as he did with his masterpiece "The French Connection".
