Actor Matt Ross made his writing and directing debut with this shallow drama. The chronicle of a couple's affair from casual sex to something more over a period of time and hotel rooms. The film seems like modern update or inspiration of the play and film "Same Time, Next Year" by Bernard Slade which is far superior in many regards.
