Director Alexander Payne delivered another stunning film with this charming road movie. A man takes his elderly father from Montana to Nebraska to claim a cash prize which leads to a journey of discovery for both of them. Payne and writer Bob Nelson have a created a timeless film about a father and son relationship which is also a nostalgic look at the past. Bruce Dern stars with the performance of a lifetime along with an equally terrific Will Forte.
