Legendary German writer and director Werner Herzog delivers another riveting film with this documentary that explores crime and punishment in the US judicial system. Two teenagers senseless murder is explored while one of them waits in death row. Herzog interviews the people involved in the case including the victims, the culprits and the police as he tries to makes sense of the case.
