Qu'un Seul Tienne et les Autres Suivront

French writer and director Léa Fehner made her feature debut with this drama. A look at three strangers and their connection to inmates at a prison. A grieving mother seeking the killer of her son, a pregnant teenager visiting her boyfriend and a desperate man replacing another for money. While there's potential for interesting material in the film, Fehner misses her mark by having three interconnecting stories with too many characters which suffer in the writing. There are also some weak performances which derail the film early on but also some good ones that get lost. YRCinema's coverage of the first online French Film Festival.
