British writer and director Bruce Robinson made his Hollywood debut with this atmospheric but uneven thriller. A former LA detective relocates to a small town where he discovers a serial killer on the loose who's targeting blind women. While there's a great potential in the story, the script fails to deliver despite a talented cast.
