The Four Times
Italian writer and director Michelangelo Frammartino makes a meditative film set in a remote small village where humans and animals interact in a idyllic setting. It's about the four seasons or elements as they interact with each other through natural cycles that includes death and birth. It's a beautiful film that puts a perspective on what's lost as more people live in bigger cities where they are disconnected from nature which has devastating consequences for both. YRCinema's coverage of films at the 63rd Festival de Cannes.
